The course must be applicable to the student's program of study. d. The course must not have been taken more than ten years ago. e. Royalty International University will provide written notification to the student of the acceptance or denial of transfer credits. Students who transfer credits from another institutions are responsible for meeting all degree requirements of this university. This policy does not guarantee that all transfer credits will be accepted. The final decision on the acceptance of transfer credits rests with the department or program that offers courses in the same subject area. This policy is subject to change at any time, and without notice. The Office of the Registrar is responsible for administering this policy and ensuring that it is applied consistently and fairly to all students. This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure that it remains current and relevant to the needs of the university and its students.

Royalty International University's Credit Transfer Policy allows students to transfer credits earned from other accredited institutions toward their degree programs at RIU.  To transfer credits, students must provide official transcripts from their previous institutions for review by the RIU Transfer Credit Evaluation Team. Transfer credit eligibility is determined based on several factors, including course content, grades earned, and the accreditation status of the previous institution. RIU accepts transfer credits for up to 50% of the total number of credits required for the degree program. However, individual programs may have specific limitations on the number of transfer credits allowed. Students must also have earned a minimum grade of C in any course they wish to transfer, and all transfer credits must be relevant to the degree program being pursued. At RIU, we understand the value of prior education, and aim to make the transfer process as seamless as possible for our students. Our Credit Transfer Policy ensures that students can make the most of their previous credits and maximize their time and resources towards earning their degree.
