Ms. Sheniece Palmer is a caring social services professional with extensive experience in demonstrating a strong commitment to serving disadvantaged youth and adults (including homeless, emancipated youth, and special-needs populations).  She has documented success overcoming challenges of limited resources to design high-quality, cost-effective, and comprehensive programs that improve lives. He is remarkably skilled at building community support and strategic partnerships to transform under-served populations.

Mr. Shane Tull is a highly skilled Counseling Supervisor. He is well-versed in a range of counseling modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy. With exceptional communication and leadership skills, he is able to develop and implement strategies that promote individual and team growth while maintaining a positive, collaborative working environment.
